Executive Information System functionality allows management views of performance data by date, title, season and fiscal year. Open data base structure and included functions allow every data element in the system to be used to key, extract and sort output. Output may be viewed on screen in lieu of printing or scheduled for later output and easily exported in multiple user-defined electronic formats. All revenue from productions, events, fees, charges, contributions and gifts flow into user-defined General Ledger accounts via Tessitura's system of funds and campaigns. Tessitura produces any and all G/L entries that may be required for your accounting system. All revenue processing is executed through batch processing for accounting control and audit ability. Operator batches must balance - every action that affects financial numbers is permanently tracked on the system and maintained as a sub-ledger for audit purposes. Advanced security settings that allow screens, reports and functionality to be controlled at the user group level based on a multi dimensional array that includes function being performed and screen being viewed and type of constituent being acted upon.
