Smeeta Sharon, Impresario L.L.C., Executive Director
Ms. Sharon leads the licensing activities of Impresario, working with the Tessitura Network to ensure that the Tessitura software remains the leader in arts enterprise software, serving a growing community of arts organizations world-wide.

In 1996, as Assistant Manager in charge of Business Operations at The Metropolitan Opera Ms. Sharon led a strategic “Customer Care” Initiative to raise the quality of customer service to a higher level and to maximize the Metropolitan Opera's net revenues through well-managed customer relationships.
